Blomquist has assembled a list of the “100 Most Creative Moments in American Law.” Professor Blomquist's list is the result of a survey of over 400 law professors as well as his own opinions. His article, available via SSRN, also provides explanations for why the "moments" were selected for the list. What is the most creative moment in American law?
