The 100 Most Creative Moments in American Law

Valparaiso School of Law professor Robert F. Blomquist has assembled a list of the “100 Most Creative Moments in American Law.” Professor Blomquist's list is the result of a survey of over 400 law professors as well as his own opinions. His article, available via SSRN, also provides explanations for why the "moments" were selected for the list. What is the most creative moment in American law? The Constitution of the United States and the ratification debates.

New UN Data Portal

The United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) has launched a new seach component for UN statistical information called UNdata. UNdata is replacing the United Nations Common Database (UNCDB) which is being discontinued.
